About Pub Trivia Map
Every trivia night. One map. That's the whole idea.
Trivia nights are scattered across a dozen host company sites, bar websites and chalkboards by the door. We pull the facts into one place: which bar, which night, what time, who hosts, what it costs. Then we link straight back to the people who run it.
Where the Listings Come From
- Host companies. Once a month we check the public venue lists that trivia companies publish. Our crawler follows each site's rules. How our crawler works.
- You. Hosts, bars and regulars add nights and flag ones that changed. A person checks every submission before it goes up.
- Legwork. We started in the SF Bay Area and confirm those listings by hand.
How We Keep It Accurate
A wrong listing that sends you to a quiet bar is worse than a missing one. Every listing shows when it was last confirmed. If a source stops listing a night, we mark it unconfirmed, then take it down. Heading out to a night that hasn't been confirmed lately? Double check with the bar.
We're the Index, Not the Owner
We store facts, not other people's writing or photos. Every listing links to its source. If you run a trivia night and want something changed, use “Something off?” on the listing or see the host page.
